Pop-Up Dinner with Waste Less Solutions

We are excited to share with you the news that our first pop up dinner as part of our 2020 Encore Dinner Series is scheduled and registration is open.
Salt Lake Culinary Education (SLICE) will be our host on:
Friday, January 17, 6-9pm
The cost is $80 per person. Plus $20 if you would like a wine pairing with your dinner. A proceed of the ticket price will go to benefit Waste Less Solutions.
Salt Lake Culinary Education will be your chefs for the evening, serving a 3 course dinner. There is an optional wine pairing to complete your dining experience.
Salt Lake Culinary Education Center is a cooking school that offers a wide variety of hands-on culinary experiences for people of all skill levels, as well as Private Events and Parties centered around team building and cooking competitions. A 12-week Professional Certification in the Culinary Arts is also offered to students interested in culinary arts both professionally and personally.
Our Encore Dinner Series pop up dinners offer a fun, engaging, and delicious way to learn about food waste and easy at-home solutions while enjoying a fabulous meal.
Each dinner is hosted by a chef. Because we bring in rescued food the week of the event to incorporate into the meal, there is an element of mystery and uniqueness to the creations the chefs dream up.
