There is something to be said when putting yourself into a dish. Much like my Artisan Bread Classes I like to go back to the way food was created. By developing a relationship with what you are creating and ultimately feeding to friends and loved ones. This is why I prefer to use my hands and primitive tools to help create easy and beautiful pasta dishes. This course will help you develop your skills in creating handmade pastas. We will go over a basic egg dough for rich and stuffed pastas.
