3-Day Pro Series INTERMEDIATE Class

This class, along with all other classes scheduled throughout the remainder of March, will be postponed until after April 1st. Are you a serious home cook looking to grow your culinary skills?  Our Pro Series Intermediate class is serious culinary education designed to take you beyond the basics.  This class will explore cuisines of Asia, the Middle East and Italy to help you expand your culinary skills in an intense, focused, and technique-driven class.  Learn from our experienced Chef instructor who will share insights into the tricks of the trade and help develop your culinary skills and confidence.

  • Advanced knife skills
  • Ingredient tastings to train your palate
  • Become knowledgeable about herbs and spices
  • Where to source the best ingredients
  • Learn about international cuisines and customs

By the end of the class if you think you’re ready to go “PRO”, the price of the class will be applied to your tuition to our 12-Week Professional Course in the Culinary Arts*
