Cobblestone streets, the Eiffel Tower, and a classic bistro meal. These things all go hand in hand, and no one can leave Paris without experiencing all three. The streets and Tower must stay across the pond, but the good news is, you can reconstruct that one-of-a-kind bistro meal in your own kitchen! In this class our Chef Instructor will teach you how to saute herbs and vegetables to create a mouth-watering soup, the art of making the perfect crispy frites, and the finesse of whisking homemade mayo!

You will make:

  • French onion soup
  • Steak and Frites
  • Ratatouille
  • Homemade Mayonnaise
