Tour the flavors of Italy in this new class! You will start by making crunchy tomato bruschetta, along with risotto the way Grandma used to make it and chicken pizzaiola (ie meat, PIZZA style, for us gringos.)

Techniques you will learn include braising, using a combination of seasonings to create a flavorful sauce, and the art of creating the perfect bite, all of which will contribute to the perfect risotto.
