Sinead’s personal healing journey and educational background, along with her work in coaching others, has armed her with knowledge and experience in holistic nutrition and lifestyle coaching, both for preventive health as well as for the healing of illness and disease. Her specialties include: Weight Management, Digestive Issues, Stress Management, Depression & Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Fatigue, Autoimmune Diseases and Chronic Illness. Sinead currently consults as a Functional Medicine Nutritionist in Salt Lake City and is a passionate speaker in the corporate arena, presenting regular “Powerful Brain, Healthy Body” Corporate Wellness programs.

Our menu will include Wild caught Salmon, Spinach, Kale, Sprouts and Microgreens salad and berries for dessert.
