Breakfast or brunch on the weekends is always a casual time of connecting with friends or family.  For us at SLICE it’s a time to teach about some dishes that are both delicious and easy to prepare in this hands-on cooking class.  Each month we’ll feature a different menu and highlight a local coffee roaster or tea company.

May’s Breakfast Club Menu:

  • Brioche with Prosciutto and Gruyere and Sunny Side-up Eggs
  • Spicy Honey-Glazed Bacon
  • Orange Popovers
  • Baked Ricotta with Orange and Cherries
