Paella is one of Spain’s most traditional dishes, and can be prepared in a variety of ways. Chef Neeta will guide you on a culinary journey through the different regions of Spain, and explore their influence on the traditional rice dish. You will learn the technique for preparing a delicious chicken and chorizo paella and other delicious delights.
