This classic French class is the perfect way for you and our loved one to kick off the Valentine week.  Flambed dishes excite all of the senses and enhance the dining experience.  Nothing says love like Steak Diane and decadent lobster macaroni and cheese.  Chef Sara will teach you the art of making the perfect steak medallion while walking you through the simplicity of savory rosemary biscuits.  If this class doesn’t change the way you see cooking and dining, nothing will!
