June 18-20, 11 am-3 pm Our Junior Chef campers will learn to make more than S’mores in the great outdoors! Everything from experiencing the thrill of the grill to the concoctions of the campfire to delightful dutch oven cooking. Fire yourself up for a great hands-on (mosquito free) experience! Our chef instructors will train your camper in kitchen safety, age appropriate knife skills, how to work in a team as well as a multitude of other skills that will follow them into adulthood.
Cooking classes and competitions are perfect for building camaraderie and relationships, elevating team spirit and morale, fostering collaboration and communication, promoting strategic thinking, and expanding the sense of adventure.

6-8 pm $40/person The third Thursday of each month will feature a local craft brewery paired with tasty bites created by our talented SLICE Executive Chef Greg Reith. A representative from the brewery will be on hand to discuss the particular characteristics of the beers as our SLICE Chef prepares small plates to compliment the beers.
